The budget file has been corrupted. To repair the budget file:

1. Click on Budget Amounts in the Command Center.

2. Hold down the Option key (Macintosh) or the Ctrl key (Windows), then click on any account in the list.

3. Let go of the Control key and close the window-DON’T CLICK SAVE BEFORE CLOSING

This will also correct the budgets if amounts being entered are being saved to a different account number.
