- Select Additional Income from the Command Center.
- Select Add from List and then HSA-Co and Add.
- Close this window and open Employees.
- On the Income tab, select and employee from the list and assign the HSA-Co income to them. Save.
- Select the employee from the list again and the YTD tab, add the amount of the employer HSA contribution in the edit box and Save.
This amount will print on the employee’s W-2 in box 12 with Code W and not effect their taxable earnings for the year.
