Go under File to Preferences.

De-select the Save Window Placement preference, close the window and Save when prompted.

Open one of the windows you were having problems with. Verify that you see the entire window. Re-select the preference if you prefer.

Window sizes in prior versions were smaller than they are now. Having the preference selected when converting to the current version “kept” the smaller window size intact.
