The RV record for Idaho requires information from the user. The fields and positions of the fields that you, the user, will need to fill in are displayed in the RV window that opens when you select the Text file button to save the ID EFW2 file. Enter all the information to fill the entire field, including leading zeros (0’s) for numeric fields. Fields are right justified unless otherwise noted. DO NOT enter $, commas or decimal points to entries.
12-15 (4) Name – Enter the first four characters of the legal business name. Left justify and fill with blanks.
16-24 (9) ID – Enter only the numeric characters of your Idaho State account number.
25 (1) Cycle – Enter the letter that coincides with your filing cycle. (M)Monthly (B)Split Monthly (Q)Quarterly (Y)Yearly.
26-31 (6) Tax Period – MMYYYY. For example, 122009.
54-64 (11) Payments – Enter the total withholding payments submitted during the year.
65-75 (11) Split – For cycle B filers only. Enter amount of the 1/1-1/15 payment. Leave this field blank if you do NOT file cycle B.
76-86 (11) Cycle B – Enter the amount of your calendar year payments. Leave this field blank if you do NOT file cycle B.
87-97 (11) Remaining Tax Due – Sum of the fields Withholding(found in the State Taxes wage summary report in Payroll) – Payments. OR, if filing cycle B only, Withholding – [Payments +Split – Cycle B]
98 (1) Sign – Enter a negative sign “-” if a refund is due. Otherwise, leave blank.
99-109 (11) Penalty – Penalty on balance due. See the state for more information. If not applicable, enter zeros (0’s).
110-120 (11) Interest – Interest on balance due. See the state for more information. If not applicable, enter zeros (0’s).
121-131 (11) Total Amount – Sum of the fields Due + Penalty + Interest. If not applicable, enter zeros (0’s).
132 (1) Sign – Enter a negative sign “-” if a refund is due. Otherwise, leave blank.
147 (1) Fed/State – Enter 1 for Yes and 0 for No indicating Federal/State combined 1099 participant.
155-165 (11) Late – Enter the amount of the penalty due for late filing. See the state for more information. If not applicable, enter zeros (0’s).
166-176 (11) Total Due – Sum of the fields Total Amount + Late. If not applicable, enter zeros (0’s).
177 (1) Sign -Enter a negaive sign “-” if a refund is due. Otherwise, leave blank.
