If you’re getting this message, you are running on a Windows network and the mapping has become corrupt. You need to disconnect the current mapped drive and remap. Once you remap the drive, launch Payroll and use the Open Company command under the File menu to remap the location of the files within the Payroll program. To delete the extra path in the Open Recent Company list, hold down the F8 key while clicking on the path in the list.
