The Payroll program utilizes the ADVmicr.ttf font to print the encoding. You can verify that ADVmicr is in your fonts list by opening the Select Print Font… window located under the File menu. If you do not see ADVmicr in your list, you will need to install the font into the fonts folder on your computer. Re-installing the Payroll program will also install the ADVmicr font into the fonts folder.

Caution: it is highly recommended that you make a backup of all your payroll data prior to updating/installing software. If you need backup instructions, please see your user manual under Help.
