In testing, it has been determined that there is a conflict when closing the year in MultiLedger and running the Norton Anti-Virus software. To avoid problems when closing the year, turn off the Anti-Virus software when you implement the Close Year command.
To get your transactions to appear with detail, you will need to restore your year-end backup, disable the Norton Anti-Virus software, close the year in MultiLedger, and re-enter any transactions that may not be in the backup set of files. After completing the Close Year process, you can enable the Norton Anti-Virus software.
