What the CheckMark database format can do for you:
We know that you’ve been wondering why the switch to this new database format. We know it’s been different and some have found it a challenge to get it switched over and updated properly. Getting the files converted is the hardest step and after that, you should have smooth sailling with your payroll in 2012 and beyond. The conversion to the database format has already allowed us to add many features for your business currently and there are only more to come.
Current benefits of the database format (not possible in old file format):
• Add critical information to employee data
• Encrypt critical data for heightened security
• Have multiple companies stored in one location
• Run 941, 943, 944, 940, w2, w3 for for any given year using given year tax rules using forms for the given year
• Run any and all reports (wage summary, quarterly liability, tax summary, etc) for any given year using given year tax rules

• Capability to add more deductions, additional incomes, hour categories, departments, etc
