Writing Refund Check to Customer MultiLedger version 6.0 and higher

1. Click Customer Payments in the Command Center.

2. Select the customer’s credit memo (with a minus (-) sign) and press the Refund button.

3. Verify that the check number and date are correct.

4. Click Create Check to write the refund check.

5. You can print the refund check just like you would a regular disbursement.
