1. Open your internet browser to the CheckMark web site.
2. Go to any page where you can see “View Cart”.
3. Click on Order Now, then New Software.
4. Click on any button that says “View Cart” and then My Account.
5. Enter your email and password. (This is the email and password that you set up in the shopping cart).
6. Select VIEW on the order that includes the program update. A page opens with access to the download.
