Yes, your can delete paths displayed under Open Recent Company in your Payroll or MultiLedger program. To do this:

1. Launch your Payroll or MultiLedger program.
2. Select File and then Open Recent Company.
3. Hold down the F8 key (Windows) and Option key (Mac) while clicking on the path you wish to delete with your mouse.
4. Repeat for each path you wish to delete. Paths will be reset and stored once you open a data set using the Open Company command. The paths rotate as you open new data sets so that the first one in the list is always the last data set opened.

This does NOT delete company data files from your computer, only the paths stored in the program for easy access under the Open Recent Company menu.

CAUTION: Do not have a data set open while doing this. To verify that no company is open, refer to the lower left corner of the Command Center and see that no company name or path is displayed. If necessary, choose Close Company under File before following the above steps.
