Payroll for Windows and Payroll for Macintosh versions 7.7 and higher– Check “Print 2nd Check Stub” print option on Print Paychecks window located on the Command Center. This print option is carried onto the Print Payments window for printing the employer liability checks.

Payroll for Windows versions 4.0 and lower– Check “Print 2nd Stub” print option on Print Paychecks and Print Payments windows located on the Command Center.

Payroll for Macintosh versions 6.6 and lower– Check “Print 2nd Stub” print option on Print Checks window located on the Command Center.

MultiLedger for Windows and Macintosh– Check “Laser Stub” on Print window.

In version 7.0.x, the Print window is located on the Command Center.

In version 6.0.x and lower, the Print window is located under the File menu.
